Mariana Diosa-Cosme

Overview

Mariana Diosa-Cosme (nee Diosa-Gomez) is an Associate in the Public Finance and Corporate Departments.

Prior to joining Dilworth, Mariana worked for a New Jersey firm in the Public Finance and Corporate Department, where she served as bond counsel to various municipalities, Authorities, Commissions and Fire Districts, assisting her clients with all aspects of financing activities or projects on a tax-exempt basis, as well as assist clients with corporate and transactional legal services, in connection with the startup of new business ventures including the formation and structuring of partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations.

Mariana previously served as an Associate at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in their Merger and Acquisitions tax group. As an associate, she worked with various multinational clients, advising them on local and overseas tax affairs, as well as completing various aspects of merger and acquisition transactions, such as restructuring, divestiture and insolvency.
