Dilworth Adds Labor & Employment Attorney Benjamin Salvina

Dilworth Paxson LLP announced the addition of Benjamin D. Salvina to the firm’s Philadelphia office, as an Associate in the labor and employment department.

Ben represents clients across many industries on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including disability discrimination claims, retaliation claims, and medical marijuana. He has significant experience working with clients throughout every stage of the legal process, from legal counseling to appearing before a jury in court. 

Having represented both employees and employers, Ben routinely applies his holistic insight to address individualized client matters. Ben excels at communicating complex legal concepts to ensure clients’ understanding of the legal process from beginning to end. He has successfully represented clients before state and federal courts and numerous administrative agencies in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Ben earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, where he served as editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. He also received his M.S.S.P. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy & Practice and his B.S. from Brown University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
