Dilworth Partner Linda Dale Hoffa to Present at Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s 36th Annual Criminal Law Symposium 2019 in June

Dilworth Paxson’s Linda Dale Hoffa will be a presenter at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s 36th Annual Criminal Law Symposium 2019 on Friday, June 7 from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

Linda, along with/ Judge Anthony Mariani of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, will present on the topic of “Investigating Grand Jury Practice,” which will address the recent decisions issued by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court that have created material changes to the practices of prosecutors, defense attorneys and supervising judges of investigating grand juries.

The full symposium will run from Thursday, June 6 to Friday, June 7 from 8:30 AM – 4:35 PM on both days. It will be held at the Harrisburg Hilton & Towers, One North Second Street, Harrisburg PA.
