Dilworth Partners Victoria Reider and John Squires to Present at the Business Law Institute
Join Dilworth partners Victoria Reider and John Squires, along with Amit Sharma, Founder and CEO of FinClusive, for Business Law Institute 2019 on Thursday and Friday, November 21 and 22 in Philadelphia at The CLE Conference Center, Wanamaker Building, 10th Floor, Suite 1010.
The featured speaker on Thursday, November 21 will be former Pennsylvania Governor Edward G. Rendell. This two-day program of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) offers up to 12 CLE credits, including 3 Ethics, and 14 CPA credits.
Victoria will discuss FinTech, RegTech, and What’s New in Financial Services, in order to provide background and relevance for attendees who may not be familiar with these areas. Amit will talk about FinClusive, which provides a low-cost, high compliance, and blockchain-architected digital banking, routing, and payments platform, securely accessible for companies and individuals globally, as well as for those who are underserved by traditional banking.
John, who is Chairman of IP and Emerging Company Practice at Dilworth, will round out the program, which takes place from 1 to 2 PM on Thursday, by discussing the intellectual property aspects of those technologies.
