Dilworth Paxson Acquires Smith Stratton

January 16, 2018 (Philadelphia, PA) – Dilworth Paxson LLP, announced today a combination with Princeton, New Jersey-based Smith Stratton. 

The merger, which brings Smith Stratton’s ten attorneys into the Dilworth fold, will diversify Dilworth’s existing litigation practice while augmenting its presence along the hallowed Pharmaceutical Corridor and into New York.
