Dilworth Paxson LLP Partner Jennifer Platzkere Snyder provided the employer perspective on a panel at the 2024 National Labor-Management Conference (NLMC) on June 26 in New York City, discussing recent developments in labor law and their impact on union organizing, collective bargaining, and labor relations in general.

A joint collaboration of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS), the Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA), and the International Labor and Employment Relations Association (ILERA), the NLMC is the largest labor-management conference in the country, gathering more than 1,300 participants to engage in constructive dialogue and exchange best practices aimed at fostering productive workplace environments and enhancing labor-management cooperation. The theme for this year’s 5-day conference was “Challenges and Choices at Work in a Time of Heightened Worker Activism,” bringing together leading experts, stakeholders, and practitioners in the field of labor relations from across the nation and beyond.
