Dilworth’s Linda Dale Hoffa to Present at the Masters of Litigation CLE Program on November 3
Linda Dale Hoffa, a Dilworth Paxson Partner and Fellow of The American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL), will be presenting, along with ACTL Fellows Robert J. Livermore and John P. McShea III, at the Masters of Litigation CLE program at Temple University Beasley School of Law from 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM on Friday, November 3. This is the first annual joint seminar program presented by Temple University Beasley School of Law and ACTL.
Mastery of litigation skills is the hallmark of both the American College of Trial Lawyers and Temple’s Advocacy Program. This 4 hour CLE will teach advanced advocacy skills.
- Hour 1: American College of Trial Lawyers, Issues in Opening Statements
- Hour 2: American College of Trial Lawyers, Telling a Winning Story Through Cross-Examination.
- Hour 3: Temple LL.M. in Trial Advocacy, Lessons From “Jury Trials Outside In”
- Hour 4: Temple Advocacy: Evidence Lessons Your Mother Never Taught You
The program will be held at Klein Hall, 1719 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA. This full day program offers a total of 4 Pennsylvania CLE credits (3 SUB/1 ETH).
