Partner Linda Dale Hoffa to Present Webinar on Recent Legal Developments Following COVID-19
Dilworth partner Linda Dale Hoffa to join the Federal Criminal Law Committee on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 2 p.m. for the webinar, “The Most Recent Legal Developments in Light of COVID-19.”
The webinar is one of two, touching on how federal criminal courts and the Bureau of Prisons are dealing with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Hoffa will be joined by Lisa A. Mathewson, of The Law Offices of Lisa A. Mathewson, and Mira E. Baylson, of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.
At 3 p.m., the second panel will start, “Tactics, Strategy, and Logistics for Criminal Proceedings in the Age of Social Distancing,” adding to the prior seminar. Panelists will be discussing the strategic considerations defense practitioners face in light of the legal developments due to COVID-19.
