Dilworth’s energy practice includes attorneys who advise clients regarding government regulation, commercial transactions and finance, joint venture, project permitting, tax credits, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence evaluation, and litigation before administrative agencies and state and federal courts.
We provide services to a wide range of energy companies from start-ups to large utilities, multinational producers and distributors, independent producers, power marketers, natural gas and oil producers, and landowners. These clients represent many fuel types and energy sources including, coal, oil, natural gas, algal and terrestrial biomass, geothermal, the sun, tides, and wind.
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION

ENERGY LITIGATION
